We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed after product inspection and may take 5-10 business days.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed for contact lenses due to hygiene reasons.

6. Warranty & Liability

All eyewear products come with a standard manufacturer warranty (if applicable).

Gaash Eyewear is not liable for any misuse, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.

We do not guarantee compatibility of contact lenses for individuals; customers must consult an eye specialist before purchase.
